Service terms
Last updated: 23 July 2026. Plain-language terms for our audit services. For paid engagements, the written scope confirmation you receive before payment is the governing document; these terms fill the gaps.
What we sell
- Rapid Accessibility Diagnostic, EUR 490 fixed: up to 5 key pages or journeys of one website, findings mapped to WCAG 2.2 AA / EN 301 549, each with evidence and a suggested fix, plus a prioritised 90-day remediation plan. Delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation, business days, unless we agree otherwise in the scope confirmation.
- Full Conformance Audit, EUR 1,490 fixed: the same, across up to 25 templates, plus an accessibility statement draft and one re-test of fixed issues within 60 days. Delivered within 5 working days.
Prices exclude VAT where applicable; the exact amount appears on your quote and invoice.
The refund rule
If the Diagnostic finds nothing material to fix, we say so and refund in full. If we miss an agreed deadline for reasons that are ours, you may choose a full refund or delivery at half price. Refunds go back by the payment method you used.
What we are, and are not
- Our reports are technical conformity assessments: evidence your developers and advisers can rely on. They are not legal advice, and we do not interpret the law for you.
- No honest vendor can guarantee "compliance", and we do not. We report what we tested, how, and what we found, with a stated methodology and its limitations.
- Automated checks find only part of the picture; our reports say clearly which findings were automated, which were AI-triaged and which were human-reviewed, with a confidence level per finding.
- We audit; implementation of fixes stays with your team unless separately agreed.
Your side
You confirm you are entitled to have the site audited, you keep the site reachable during the audit window, and you use the report for your own business. Reselling or republishing the report needs our written agreement; sharing it with your developers, advisers and auditors is exactly what it is for.
Liability
Our total liability for an engagement is capped at the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions third parties (courts, regulators, customers) take about your service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Boring but necessary
Spanish law governs; courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules that may apply to you. If a clause proves unenforceable, the rest stand. These terms and your scope confirmation are the whole agreement.
