The person who signs your report
Owen Hughes founded Able and runs it from Barcelona. Able's position is simple: automated scanning is the cheap part of accessibility work and accountability is the scarce part, so every deliverable carries a human signature.
- Every Rapid Accessibility Diagnostic and every Full Conformance Audit is re-tested and signed by Owen before it is delivered. The sample report shows the signature block a purchased report ends with.
- Verified Monitoring's quarterly conformance summary is signed by him after a hand re-test of your five key journeys.
- The published legal fact pages (Germany, the Netherlands) state when they were last verified against the statute; corrections are made openly and under his name.
Able deliberately does not sell overlay widgets or "guaranteed compliance". What it sells is evidence a named person is prepared to stand behind.
Legal identity
Able is the trading name under which founder Owen Hughes operates from Barcelona, Spain. Full legal and tax identity, including VAT identification, appears on every quote and every invoice before any payment is taken. For EU business customers, VAT is handled under the reverse-charge mechanism where it applies; prices on this site exclude VAT.
German and Austrian readers looking for an Anbieterkennzeichnung, and Dutch readers looking for a KvK-style registration: the full registered-company details will appear on this page the day the planned Spanish company is incorporated. Until then, the identity above plus the paperwork on your quote and invoice is what we can honestly publish, and we would rather publish less than invent more.
